This was an infill development site with planning permission for 3 detached bungalows. The site was sold on the open market for £200,000.

2. Chapels at Blackwood and Ebbw Vale
2 Chapels recently sold for approx. £100,000 on behalf of the Presbytarian Church of Wales.

3. Lettings of Industrial Units, Newport
On behalf of a London private investment company, we have successfully let a number of industrial units on the Felnex Estate, ranging from 2,500sq ft - 15,000 sq ft.

4. Caerau Road, Newport
Recently sold 2 adjacent investment properties to a local development company in the region of £600,000.

5. Cromwell Road, Newport
By assisting the owner, we helped devise a scheme of redevelopment of 2 double fronted shops into 2 individual shop units, with residential flats above, which led to being successfuly let.
